Affectionately combine juice of 1/2 lemon, white of an egg. 1 1/2 oz. Gin, 1/2 oz. Grenadine, 3/4 oz. heavy cream, 1 1/2 oz. fresh apple brandy. Shake with cracked ice and strain into large cocktail glass. Your cheeks will become flushed and lovely thoughts will occur. (Throw in a few blueberries for luck.)

I’m sick of doing work and taking classes that don’t seem to be leading me in the direction I want. And next term I’m just piling on more classes that will make me feel the same except they will be even more intense. As far as I know there is only one class here that is truly related to what I want, besides business classes. But even the business classes are directed more towards sustainable and non-profit organizations. What now?
