Affectionately combine juice of 1/2 lemon, white of an egg. 1 1/2 oz. Gin, 1/2 oz. Grenadine, 3/4 oz. heavy cream, 1 1/2 oz. fresh apple brandy.  Shake with cracked ice and strain into large cocktail glass.  Your cheeks will become flushed and lovely thoughts will occur. (Throw in a few blueberries for luck.)
